Do you believe that?

As a natural-born impatient person, I’m not fond of that saying. But, after a long awaited airfare sale, I’m happy to say that after nearly 28 years, I was able to return to New Orleans. The goal was to re-experience the French Quarter. I’d say — mission accomplished (and then some).

There were too many amazing sights and sounds to post in a single blog, so I’m just sharing a few…

When I’m in need of a little pick me up that only good Cajun food, fais do-do, and krewe can solve, I’ll pop open this post and remember these amazing 5 days. Here’s to living my best life!
