Just one more day here in Florida…we’ve had hot sunny days and nightly thunderstorms.

It’s been nearly five weeks since we sold our house and started our 3500 mile road trip heading east. Tomorrow, we’ll drop off the car in storage and then fly back to Seattle where we’ll spend this summer in the cool PNW. On this first leg – not sure why – but during my morning coffee I’ve been sketching portraits…

I think it’s safer for me to draw faces using my own head. So, here goes…yes, more work needed, especially on wrinkles, hair, clothing, backgrounds…..ok, just more work needed 🙂
