If you’re near Kailua town and want a zen beach, check out this beach park. With lots of parking, it has easy access to beautiful tidepools and lots of space to find your quiet spot in the sand-and-lava beach. There are also enough trees that you can find a shady spot if you want..and there’s even a community-based kept 1-mile walking path that is adorned with manicured art-deco’d gardens.
